Appointment Cancellation Policy

Due to increasing demand for medical appointments, we kindly request that patients assist us in managing our schedule efficiently. This will enable us to accommodate all patients who require medical attention in a timely manner.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.

 

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee:

Please note that failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled time may result in a penalty fee of $10. This fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before your next appointment.

 

Why is this policy necessary?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our schedule. By canceling or rescheduling your appointment in a timely manner, you will be helping us to:
